Meat pains are common, skin-protruding, harmless soft skin development. They are also called acrocordon, papilloma and soft fibroma. They may be in the color of the skin, or they may be dark. Their sizes can vary from 1 mm to 5 cm. They can be seen in almost all parts of the body, but they are more common in folds, such as the eyelids, neck, groin areas and underarms. They are very common in overweight individuals and those with Type II diabetes. In cases of excessive sweating and pregnancy, the incidence increases. Cryotherapy, cauterization, plasma energy or Er YAG laser treatment are used. Since the meat is considered harmless, the tissue is usually not analyzed after removal.
